About Brianna M. Bergantim

Brianna M. Bergantim is the founder of SMB Paralegal Services LLC and a legal professional dedicated to helping law firms operate more efficiently while expanding access to estate and legacy planning for families across the United States.

Brianna is a graduate of an ABA-accredited paralegal degree program and has pursued additional legal education through Purdue University Global. She continues to advance her professional qualifications and is currently pursuing credentials for legal document preparation in several states.

With over five years of experience in the legal field, Brianna has worked alongside attorneys nationwide supporting a wide range of legal operations. Through SMB Paralegal Services LLC, she partners with law firms to help elevate their practices through contract paralegal services, legal document preparation, workflow and software implementation, marketing support, and AI-driven branding strategies designed for modern law firms.

SMB Paralegal Services works with attorneys across the United States to streamline legal operations, improve client experience, and allow attorneys to focus their time where it matters most—serving clients and growing their firms.

In addition to supporting attorneys, Brianna is deeply committed to expanding access to affordable estate and legacy planning for everyday families. My journey into estate planning is deeply personal.

As a mother, I understand the natural instinct to protect your children and plan for their future. I’m also a proud cat mom to four, which means I understand how important pets are to our families and why they deserve to be included in our planning as well.

Early in my career, while working with an attorney, I suggested hosting a webinar to educate single parents and divorced individuals about estate planning. 

The response I received was something that stayed with me:

“Single moms don’t have enough money.”

That moment never left me.

I became a single mother when my daughter was still an infant, and I know firsthand that the desire to protect your child has nothing to do with how much money you have. Parents from all walks of life deserve the opportunity to plan for their children’s future.

That belief became a driving force behind the work I do today.

Through my partnership with EncorEstate Plans, I am able to help bring affordable estate and legacy planning solutions to families across the United States. My mission is to ensure that estate planning is not something reserved only for the wealthy, but something accessible to parents, pet owners, and everyday individuals who simply want to protect the people they love.

At the end of the day, estate planning is about peace of mind. It’s about knowing that the people you care about most will be protected no matter what life brings.
