With a rich background in long-term care spanning seven years, Brianna's experiences have profoundly shaped her commitment to advocating for comprehensive and thoughtful estate planning solutions.

Having worked closely with individuals in their final stages of life, Brianna witnessed the far-reaching effects of inadequate planning on both patients and their families. From the complexities of incapacitation to the challenges of medical appointments and disagreements over crucial decisions, the absence of a comprehensive estate plan often exacerbated already delicate situations.

Motivated by a desire to make a tangible difference, Brianna embarked on a path of education, earning her degree in Legal Studies. The faces of those patients and the stories of their families became ingrained in her heart. Studying estate planning and family law revealed to her the profound impact that careful legal foresight can have in preventing such unfortunate circumstances.

Fast forward several years, and today, as the Founder and Managing Paralegal of SMB Paralegal Services, Brianna is honored to extend her expertise to estate planning, probate, family law, and real estate firms. Her mission is clear: to ensure that clients receive unparalleled legal services, thus safeguarding them from the challenges witnessed during her time in long-term care.

While she may no longer work hands-on with these families, Brianna takes pride in contributing to a realm where thoughtful legal planning can preemptively address potential pitfalls. 

When Brianna isn't serving her clients, you can find her dancing in the kitchen with her kiddo, snuggling with her cats, or reading a book. She is a proud mother and homeschool educator.
