Premium Services
Flexible Hourly Support
$55/hour
Perfect for law firms that need flexible, as-needed support without committing to dedicated scheduling. Services are billed based on tracked time or floating hours, with work completed subject to availability and up to a 5-business-day turnaround. Live-time support is not included with this model.
Dedicated Scheduled Support
$75/hour
Designed for firms that need reliable, reserved support during specific scheduled days and times. This model includes guaranteed turnaround within your reserved time block and live-time support for a more employee-like experience and seamless collaboration.
Estate Plan Preparation
$200-$450
Drafting services are available through Estate Engine, WealthCounsel, Adapt, InterActive Legal, Trustate, Clio Draft, Knackly, or your firm’s preferred internal templates and systems. Each Revocable Living Trust Plan also includes one complimentary real property deed preparation. Pricing varies within the range listed above depending on the complexity and structure of the plan, including factors such as whether the matter involves an individual will plan, joint trust plan, or other customized planning needs.
Advanced Planning Documents
$350-500
We assist with the preparation and coordination of advanced estate and asset protection planning documents, including Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts (MAPTs), Veterans Asset Protection Trusts (VAPTs), Gun Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts (ILITs), and other complex planning matters.
Probate & Trust Administration Support
Hourly
We provide contract paralegal support for probate and trust administration matters, including probate pleadings, inventories, accountings, notices, trust administration documents, beneficiary correspondence, asset coordination, and court-ready filing preparation. Probate and trust administration support services are billed at our standard hourly rates based on the billing model selected by the firm.
Family Law Support
Hourly
We provide contract paralegal support for family law matters, including uncontested divorces, modifications, parenting plans, financial statements, discovery preparation, pleadings, and court-ready document organization. Family law support services are billed at our standard hourly rates based on the billing model selected by the firm.
